Portadown2000 was created by Craigavon Borough Council in 1994. The company is located at the Millennium Court, a multi-purpose facility which includes:

• -A 10,000 sq ft prestigious visual and verbal contemporary Arts Centre
• -Tourist Information point
• -Traditional weekly market
• -Nine independent business start-up units
• -Additional public facilities
